YOUR TASKS

• Identification and analysis of specific automotive use cases (focused on high-voltage battery software development), especially based on requirement specifications, simulation models, and functional documentation
• Definition and implementation of clear evaluation criteria (e.g. result accuracy, required contextual information, use case relevance)
• Implementation of one or more use cases on a local server infrastructure using LLaMA 3 as the base model
• Training and evaluation based on real-world data from function development
• Evaluation of model performance based on the defined criteria
• Optional: Deployment in a live system, including integration with peripheral tool interfaces
• Involvement in all phases: from data preparation to model development to evaluation

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced master’s studies in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Solid knowledge of foundation models / large language models (LLMs), especially LLaMA 3
• Proficient in Linux
• Experience with Python (particularly scripting, data processing, and API integration)
• Good understanding of automotive development processes and testing methods
• Basic knowledge of ISO 26262; experience with ASIL-certified software is a plus
• Initial experience with AUTOSAR is a plus
• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Confident and professional communication with customers and partners
• Creativity, analytical thinking, and an independent working style
