Who are we looking for:

We are currently looking for a part-time Materials Planning & Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to work 20 to 32 hours per week.

This is what awaits you:

• Material requirements planning & scheduling : Planning and management of material requirements for events, including in-house and external material (subletting).
• Availability & conflict management : Processing of short-term project requests and material availability conflicts.
• Optimization & quality assurance : Optimization of material utilization and flow of goods as well as quality control of rental equipment.
• Supplier management : inquiries, orders, invoice verification, supplier evaluations and negotiation of conditions.
• Network maintenance : Establishing and maintaining a network of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Logistics & warehouse : Organization of transports, order picking, incoming and outgoing goods incl. booking in the system.
• Vehicle handling & equipment use : operation of transport and industrial trucks, loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Administrative & general tasks : Support in material management, carrying out inventories and general warehouse activities.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as an event manager, event technician, industrial clerk or other commercial-technical training, preferably related to event or media technology
• Experience in material planning and scheduling or the planning and preparation of projects
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics), Office365 and SharePoint.
• Independent work style, high level of communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational talent and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
