Who are we looking for:

We are looking for you as an IT technician / media technician / service technician (m/f/d) to support our technical team at BMW Welt.

This is what awaits you:

• Fault analysis and rectification of malfunctions and recommissioning of media technology systems
• Operating a wide range of software, e.g. Windows, Tesira, Crestron
• Implementation of software, firmware and content updates
• Weak point analysis and optimization of audio, video and control systems
• Dealing with the customer's own IWMS system for ticket processing
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Carrying out maintenance and daily inspections

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the technical field, ideally with an IT background or
• comparable training, e.g. event technology specialist (m/f/d), electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d)
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in dealing with PC and network technology
• practical experience with audio/video equipment
• Basic knowledge of media formats
• Written and spoken German (minimum B2)
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Independent and structured way of working
