We are looking for a full-time Node.js. Backend (all genders) in Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt or remote as soon as possible.

• Development, maintenance, and optimization of scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Implementation and enhancement of RESTful APIs using NestJS
• Working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, utilizing Prisma ORM
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability through automated testing and code reviews
• Collaboration with DevOps and frontend teams to improve development and deployment processes
• Development and implementation of backend tools to support internal workflows and processes
• Cross-departmental collaboration to solve complex technical challenges
• Supporting frontend developers with the integration of backend services and APIs
• Evaluation of new technologies and architectural approaches to enhance the backend ecosystem

• Professional experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript
• In-depth knowledge of NestJS
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma
• Confident use of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in microservices architectures and API design
• A solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical thinking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
• Experience working with AWS
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, message queues, and WebSockets
• Understanding of security concepts and backend best practices
• Understanding and competence in digital infrastructures, as well as website rollout, maintenance, support and informations security
