Reporting directly to the nursing management, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

Your responsibilities will include the expansion of operational and strategic nursing controlling

You will create and analyze key nursing figures and statistics

You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of controlling results

You will be responsible for recording and evaluating the nursing staff assessment (PPUGV, PPR 2.0) based on the Nursing Staff Assessment Ordinance (PPBV)

You will assume the interface function to the nursing management and the staff units of the nursing management

You are a registered nurse / health & nursing professional (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)

You are characterized by high professional and social competence as well as independence

You have analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working

You have very good Excel skills and have already gained experience in creating and evaluating databases
