How y ou’ll make an impact

• You are responsible for developing and implementing vertical and country specific growth strategies for our IoT business with regional teams, PLM, Sales and Service.
• You conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities
• You recognize technological and regulatory trends and translate them into growth initiatives.
• You engage with customers to identify new growth opportunities, develop winning value propositions and business models combining Hardware, Software, IoT and service portfolio elements for all our major verticals.
• You ensure presence of our IoT portfolio in Siemens Xcelerator and identify growth opportunities and develop new value propositions in cooperation with other Siemens businesses.

Your defining qualities

• You have many years of experience in business development, sales, PLM and/or strategy. Consulting background would be advantageous.
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker with a high level of motivation and the capability to motivate and take people along.
• You have experiences in IoT and software business, and you know cloud based applications.
• You have a Masters degree in electrical engineering or computer science and have knowledge and experience in Power Distribution and Automation.
• Willingness to travel globally and proficiency in English completes your profile.
