Ensure a secure and stable run of the application in production.

Coordinate with IT towers for testing, patching, disaster recovery, and validation activities.
Ensure the product meets compliance requirements and security standards. Conduct and update compliance gates regularly.
Provide and maintain operational and lifecycle documentation, including SLAs, business-critical timeframes, and support models.
Analyze and understand business demands across the reinsurance underwriting and claims value chain.
Translate business problems into structured IT requirements and ensure they are delivered and tested appropriately.
Identify and propose business process improvements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical architecture.
Your Profile
University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years in IT Product Management and/or Business Analysis, preferably within the finance, insurance, or reinsurance sector.
In-depth knowledge of reinsurance and claims processes, with a strong track record of managing diverse stakeholders across business and IT.
Solid experience in application development and full product lifecycle management - from requirements engineering and design to testing and deployment.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into practical, value-driven IT solutions.
Skilled in analyzing business requirements, defining system specifications, and engineering effective solutions.
Excellent communicator across functions and cultures, with a collaborative and consulting approach.
High level of accountability, adaptability, and commitment to delivering results in dynamic environments.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Experienced in agile frameworks, with a strong understanding of working within regulated IT environments.
