    • Cross-functional coordination – collaborate with logistics, IT, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment across departments and support seamless fulfilment operations.
    • Ensuring customer-centric operations – maintain a strong focus on meeting customer expectations in terms of delivery speed, accuracy, and overall service quality.
    • Conducting acceptance testing for MHE (Material Handling Equipment) – Lead or support Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT & SAT) for automation systems, conveyors, sortation systems, and other MHE.
    • Leading or supporting WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation – Participate in the evaluation, deployment, testing, and go-live support of WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Körber).
    • Driving high-impact operational improvements – identify and implement large-scale process optimisations, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
    • Leading change management initiatives – design and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices across teams and locations.
    • Forstering cross-functional partnerships – engage across logistics, IT, customer service, and supply chain to align fulfilment operations with broader business goals and customer needs.
    • Developing a customer-first culture – drive initiatives that enhance customer experience by optimizing fulfilment operations for speed, accuracy, and service excellence.

    • Experience from leading multiple complex role related projects
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis (intermediate SQL, advanced Excel) and the ability to maintain both a high-level perspective and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive work approach.
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
    • High mobility and willingness to travel as required.
