Are you an organizational talent with a technical or commercial background, do you keep an overview even in complex situations and are you happy to take on responsibility? Then you've come to the right place.

We are looking for a down-to-earth personality who likes to lead, plan and coordinate - while always keeping an eye on the business, the team and the customer.

This is what awaits you:

• You will assume overall organizational, commercial and technical responsibility for media technology operations at BMW Welt.
• You coordinate, control and monitor the entire operational management - with the aim of ensuring smooth plant operation.
• You lead a team of internal and external technicians.
• You acquire special projects and additional services, are responsible for their calculation and planning, coordinate sub-service providers and provide organizational support for all measures.
• You are responsible for preparing reports, quarterly and annual documentation.
• You are in regular direct contact with the customer, take part in meetings and ensure a transparent flow of information.

What you bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in technical facility management, project management or media technology operations - preferably in an event or industrial context
• Completed technical training (e.g. master craftsman, technician or engineer) - ideally with a focus on media technology, electrical engineering or building technology
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• High sense of responsibility, solution-oriented way of working and technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in dealing with customers, partners and service providers in the B2B segment
