As the Project Manager for this newly established position within our Global Quality organization, you will become part of a Global Quality organization with +50 employees within Training, R&D QA, Quality Systems, Quality Integration, Quality Management, Quality Audits and Inspections. This role reports to the Head of Quality Integration and can be located in Germany, Martinsried near Munich or Denmark, Kvistgaard. For the first couple of months, traveling twice per month in Europe might be required.

As a Project Manager for Quality Integrations Projects, you will have the responsibility of leading quality integration projects with a main focus on our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) harmonization project. For this, you will work on harmonization of business processes, LIMS implementation, agile planning and of course, change management to ensure global alignment and implementation. The tasks include, but are not limited to:

Project planning of a complete LIMS harmonization & implementation project:

  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle of the LIMS harmonization and implementation project, ensuring all phases are meticulously planned and executed

Managing change, communication, and stakeholders:

  • Effectively handling change management processes, maintaining clear and consistent communication, and managing relationships with all stakeholders involved in the projects

Report of progress, risks, and challenges:

  • Regularly updating on the project's progress, identifying potential risks, and addressing any challenges that arise

Organize meetings, communication, and data sharing:

  • Setting up and coordinating digital working environment by e.g. TEAMS/Planner/OneNote/ Smartsheet and establishing a reporting structure to facilitate communication and data sharing within a global digital team

Organize and facilitate workshops:

  • Planning and conducting workshops to support the project's objectives and ensure all team members are aligned and informed

To become a success in this role,

  • experience in process harmonization and agile project set up is crucial.
  • You also bring clear communication skills, a structured approach for planning, combined with flexibility as our plans have a tendency of changing, solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • You bring a track record of 5+ years and experience from a relevant project management leading function.
  • Besides this, you hold an academic degree in Natural Sciences combined with a background in Pharma or Biotech.
