Description

• Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• Track and manage delivery timelines for critical equipment including: High Voltage substations, Alternating Current chargers and Direct Current chargers
• Coordinate with vendors post-Purchase Order issuance to ensure delivery schedules align with on-site execution timelines
• Proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks and delays
• Drive coordination between procurement, vendors, and site execution teams
• Contractor Compliance Management
• Ensure worker-level compliance verification including Vendor Compliance Orientation completion and local inductions
• Track contractor documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Project Coordination & Documentation
• Support cross-functional coordination between Procurement, Exeuction team, Environment Health and Safety, and vendors
• Provide regular status updates on supply chain and compliance activities

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or equivalent
• 3-5 years' experience in supply chain coordination, project management, or contractor management
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and project tracking tools
• Experience with compliance management systems
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills strongly preferred
