This is an opportunity to work for a leading National and International engineering office who specialise in all areas of Building Services.
Your tasks:
Independent planning, management and implementation of complex building services engineering projects – from the initial concept to commissioning.
Coordination of trades such as heating, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration, high voltage, building automation or fire extinguishing technology in new buildings, conversions and extensions.
Technical leadership of project teams, management of external service providers and ensuring smooth interdisciplinary collaboration.
Compliance with deadlines, costs and quality targets along the HOAI performance phases 1–9.
Review, evaluation and approval of plans and technical concepts in accordance with applicable norms, regulations and internal standards.
Early detection of technical or organizational challenges and development of viable solutions.
Central contact person for clients , authorities and all project participants – competent, reliable and solution-oriented.
Responsibility for the technical documentation as well as the handover and aftercare of the building services systems.
Your profile:
Completed studies in the field of supply engineering, building services engineering, energy or electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
Several years of professional experience in the planning and management of building services engineering projects – ideally with a focus on HVAC, high-voltage systems, building automation or special systems such as elevator technology or media supply.
In-depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant regulations (DIN, VDI etc.).
Confident use of common planning software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, liNear) and MS Office – knowledge of SAP or BIM is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a structured, independent way of working.
Team spirit, strong communication skills and assertiveness – both internally and towards clients and partners .
Fluent German skills.
