We are looking for a committed individual to fill a temporary parental leave position and actively support our team in the areas of reception, office management, and project implementation.

YOUR TASKS

• Together with your colleague, you are the first point of contact at reception, look after our guests, and are the contact person for our colleagues
• You will coordinate incoming mail and courier services as well as our conference rooms, including catering
• You will take on independent responsibility for tasks in specific areas of office management
• You will represent the office management team in their absence and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Supporting cross-departmental projects will round off your range of tasks.
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you already have experience in reception, office management, and/or as an assistant
• You are service-oriented, friendly, and a team player, with organizational skills and a desire to be at the heart of the action
• You are flexible and have the ability to think outside the box
• You are confident in using MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English round off your profile
