Der/Die Regionale Medical Affairs Manager (MSL) (m/w/d) für die Region Ost (Rostock, Berlin, Dresden, Fulda, Wolfsburg) ist im Therapiegebiet Pneumologie mit Fokus auf Chronic Cough (chronischer Husten) die entscheidende Schnittstelle von GSK zu nationalen und regionalen externen Experten. Er/Sie verantwortet die Umsetzung der entwickelten medizinischen Strategie in seiner/ihrer Region mit dem Ziel, die Patientenversorgung im Therapiegebiet zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig trägt er/sie durch die Generierung und Weiterleitung von Erkenntnissen aus dem Indikationsfeld zur wissenschaftlichen Evidenz, Verbesserung der regionalen Versorgungssituation und zur internen medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Planung bei.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit externen Experten, Prüfärzten und Studiengruppen. Führen eines evidenzbasierten, ausgewogenen, medizinisch-wissenschaftlich geprägten Dialogs mit nationalen/regionalen externen Experten und anderen Angehörigen des Gesundheitswesens mit dem Ziel, die Patientenversorgung nachhaltig zu verbessern.
- Erstellung einer prospektiven, regionalen Omnichannel Strategie unter Berücksichtigung von digitalen Kanälen.
- Kompetente und zeitnahe Beantwortung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Anfragen von Ärzten, Apothekern und anderen externen Kunden in der Region, unter Berücksichtigung des wissenschaftlichen Standes und firmeninterner Richtlinien.
- Unterstützung der Abteilung Klinische Forschung bei der Identifizierung und wissenschaftlicher Fragestellungen von Studienzentren
- Unterstützung, Organisation und Durchführung von Medizinischen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen (Schwerpunkt auf Veranstaltungen mit regionalem Charakter).
- Unterstützung, Organisation und/oder Durchführung, sowie Teilnahme an GSK-Advisory Boards.Teilnahme an Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen inklusive Repräsentanz an medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Informationsständen.
Anforderungen:
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Fach (z.B. Medizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Facherfahrung: Wünschenswert sind rfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, Vorkenntnisse in klinischer Forschung, Pharmakologie, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Indikationsgebiet Pneumologie.
- Kommunikation: Problemlösungs- und Risikomanagementkompetenzen, exzellente Gesprächs- und Präsentationstechniken, um komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
- Soft Skills: Hohes Maß an Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, Omnichannel-Kenntnisse und -Fähigkeiten.
- Sprache: Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.
