YOUR TASKS

• You know the market and the competitive landscape and identify opportunities based on market, industry, and company analyses
• You develop independent go‑to‑market approaches for specific segments and partners
• You acquire and manage online partners (sellers) for the PAYBACK e-commerce marketplace
• You develop and prepare business cases for collaboration with PAYBACK and define relevant KPIs for PAYBACK and partners
• You support the seller onboarding process and organize partner workshops for tech or marketing
• You work closely with colleagues from Partner Management and Sales Engineering
• You take responsibility for revenue and forecasting

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in business/economics or a comparable vocational qualification
• You bring experience in e-commerce / digital retail – ideally in platform marketplace business
• Communication is one of your strengths; you think customer-first and work results-driven and proactively
• You are data-driven, have strong analytical skills, quickly grasp complex concepts, and derive actionable measures
• You convince with performance orientation and actively drive topics forward
• You present with confidence
• You are a team player and bring a healthy dose of humor
• Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile
