THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

To actively shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (all genders). In this role, you create structure and relief within the sales process. You support the team with tenders, contracts, and customer communication — directly contributing to the success of our Enterprise Sales operations.

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting the Sales team throughout the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing

• Independently contributing to tenders: preparation, coordination, and submission of proposal documents

• Contract management, including review, coordination with internal departments, and follow-up

• Close collaboration with partners, customers, and internal teams

• Organizing and documenting meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

• Maintaining and further developing CRM data (HubSpot)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed degree or commercial training, ideally with a focus on IT or business

• Experience in inside sales, sales support, or sales operations — ideally in a SaaS or IT environment

• Confident use of MS Office and experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

• Proactive, structured working style combined with strong communication skills and reliability

• Very good German and English skills
