We’re now looking for a hands-on Sales & Growth Intern (m/f/d) to join our team. You’ll work directly with founders and Management to build and scale real-world sales engines – from day one.
Why this internship is different You'll sell where it really matters – not SaaS to other startups, but tangible services to real customers. You’ll help local entrepreneurs grow their customer base and shape the future of the skilled trades sector in Germany.
Aufgaben
- Design and run B2C and B2B customer acquisition campaigns for real businesses in the skilled trades
- Help craft founders build local and regional sales funnels – from target group research to outreach execution
- Set up and test cold outreach strategies (calls, WhatsApp, email, flyers, etc.)
- Create and manage high-quality lead lists based on location, customer type, or business segment
- Track and analyze performance, iterate fast, and double down on what works You’ll be involved in both the strategic side (who, where, why?) and the hands-on execution (how do we reach them?) – and see the impact of your work immediately.
Qualifikation
- Fluent in German (C2) – You’ll interact directly with customers and local founders
- You’re curious, driven, and love testing things until they work
- You’re comfortable talking to people – on the phone, in person, or via WhatsApp
- You want to learn how customer acquisition works in the real world
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus
