As an internationally active IT and service company, we develop innovative software solutions and support our customers in the digitalization of their business processes. To strengthen our sales team, we are now looking for a dedicated sales representative (m/f/d) with experience in SAP Business One or comparable ERP systems as well as strong consulting skills, strong closing skills and enthusiasm for digital solutions for the Bavaria region . Mobile working is of course possible.
Your role in the team
- You accompany customers from initial contact to successful completion and work closely with the sales, SAP and development teams
- You work in a target and results-oriented manner and actively contribute to the growth of our company
- You analyze the requirements and business processes of potential customers and advise them precisely on SAP Business One and our add-ons
- You conduct presentations, product demos and consultations (remote and on-site)
- You prepare offers, negotiate contract terms and support the decision-making process
- You build long-term customer relationships and strategically develop existing customers
- You monitor market and competitive trends and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our sales offering
What you should bring with you
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the ERP, SAP Business One or IT solution environment
- Good understanding of business processes in companies and their mapping in ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex software solutions in an understandable way
- High customer orientation, negotiating skills and strong closing skills
- Independent, structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- A commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, business informatics or a similar qualification
