JOIN OUR TEAM
As SEA Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our SEA strategy across all countries. Your main goal is to create an outstanding customer experience while driving both growth and profitability. You will work autonomously within our in-house SEA team and collaborate closely with internal departments, including Graphics, Product Marketing and Marketing Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives. This position is permanent and based in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- own and lead the strategic direction and execution of all SEA activities across international markets
- drive the international growth agenda for Paid Search, balancing performance and scalability
- identify and implement processes that enhance efficiency, automation and long-term performance
- analyse campaign data to generate insights, formulate hypotheses and continuously optimise results
- design and run incrementality tests to assess the true impact and value of SEA
- collaborate with cross-functional teams on global, multi-channel initiatives to ensure consistency and synergy across touchpoints
YOU COME WITH
- 2+ years of extensive SEA experience within an e-commerce environment (Bing, Google Ads, Criteo…)
- solid analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- ambition and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- passionate about performance marketing and having the ambition to push our SEA channel to the next level
- fluency in English and in one other European language
