• Advising clients as part of a team and providing hands-on implementation of digital consulting projects, working as equals with the respective teams
• Contributing to the customer-centric development and implementation of digital strategies
• Analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions with a focus on AI-powered applications, user experience (UX), and digital business
• Supporting the development of innovative business models, digital products, and services
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary and sometimes international teams across strategy, UX, technology, and data.

Profile

Does this sound like you?

• Entry-level to young professional: Initial practical experience (e.g., 1 – 3 years) in consulting, the digital environment, agencies, startups, or through relevant internships/ working student positions
• Academic background in, for example, business informatics, computer science, media/ communication sciences, psychology, human-computer interaction, UX, data science, AI, or comparable degree programs
• Initial experience in the field of artificial intelligence (e.g., data-driven products, automation, AI use cases) and/ or user experience (UX, research, service design, prototyping)
• Ability to build approachable, peer-level client relationships during project implementation
• Strong team player qualities, which are essential in our sometimes small project teams and our flat-hierarchy culture
• A positive and pragmatic mindset and a strong solution-oriented approach
