Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Make an Impact by :
- Taking on interim disciplinary leadership of a 6-person Marketing team (+ working student/intern).
- (Re)structuring and developing new, efficient workflows and processes.
- Owning the annual marketing budget planning and managing budget responsibility.
- Providing strategic leadership across all marketing disciplines: Content, SEO, CRM, Online Marketing (including Media), Offline Marketing, Trade Shows, and Communications.
- Developing annual marketing plans to align with business goals.
- Creating and executing digital-first integrated marketing campaigns.
- Managing and guiding external agencies.
- Leading the setup and implementation of a new CRM tool, including evaluating and selecting the right platform.
- Acting as CRM project lead for PRM, CRM, and Emarsys.
- Designing and implementing automation processes to streamline CRM workflows.
- Customizing CRM features to match organizational needs and objectives.
- Overseeing data migration, integration, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy.

Collaborating cross-functionally to capture business requirements and measure ROI from campaigns through data insights.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, with leadership experience
- Track record in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated success in leading CRM implementation projects and working with various CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML scripting for emails and solid knowledge of SQL; basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Hands-on mentality with a "get it done" attitude, paired with creativity and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Passion for the e-mobility industry and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
