• Lead residential development projects from concept through execution, acting as owner representative.
• Manage external consultants including architects, engineers, planning authorities or fee developer.
• leading land-use and zoning procedures
• Support acquisition processes by evaluating potential sites, conducting feasibility studies, and contributing to due diligence.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across investment, asset management, and development.
• Help shape the strategic direction of the local development pipeline.

Anforderungsprofil

Business-fluent English and German is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, real estate, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project development on the client side, ideally with a focus on residential projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate economics and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CAD or project management tools is a plus.
