• Define solution requirements and technical specifications from design through delivery and operations

• Translate architecture, costs, and technical concepts for stakeholders and project teams

• Lead workshops and meetings to drive alignment and successful project execution

• Review and optimize cloud environments to ensure security, performance, and compliance

• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability

• Implement monitoring and operational tooling to maintain stable production systems

• Design secure, scalable network, identity, and cloud architectures aligned with best practices

• Drive adoption of modern technologies including DevOps, serverless, and container platforms

• Build highly available, secure, and cost-effective solutions and mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Operations, DevOps, or Production environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business and technical systems

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Proactive, reliable team player with a solution-oriented mindset

• Hands-on coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js) as well as solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar)

• Familiar with Git, CI/CD practices, and monitoring/observability tools

• Hands-on experience with IaC, AWS serverless architectures, and modern CI/CD practices

• Strong collaboration skills in international or remote environments; multilingual abilities beneficial
