Your tasks
- Architect, design and lead the definition and implementation of the Project Management Framework for a Project Business Model.
- Design and build up the Global Project Management Office for a Global Division per a project business Model.
- Manage and lead the global operational activities with respect to LFR (Labor/Forecast/Resources) and project deliveries disciplines in project management in supporting a matrix approach.
- Establish the PM as an E2E Function and core competence for operational excellence in a project business model.
- Define and directly support the proper deployment and implementation of the new Project Business Operating Model driven by a change management and leadership approach.
- Act as a senior leader and liaison in various interfaces at corporate level and global division management level as Business Process Owner for project management.

Your qualifications
- Minimum 12-15 years in complex experience and expertise in project management in global project business models for critical industries (rail,defence,aerospace,space,nuclear energy,critical infrastructure).
- Minimum 7 years in leading and managing complex and large projects with P&L responsibility.
- Minimum 5-7 years in the field of project management disciplines as subject matter expert like PMO/Planning/Project Controls/Portfolio Management/Technical Delivery.
- Minimum 5-7 years in central function driven by strong expertise in a process management and architecting and designing framework for global functions.
- Strong foundation in change leadership, strategy, and ability to formulate and translate operational vision in an actionable and delivery project.
- Ability to navigate complex senior management environments and build trust and partnership to influence and manage stakeholders towards a big picture goal.
- Hands-on and can do attitude combining strategical, tactical and operational to deliver and achieve a balance in direct business impact with long term transformation.
- Progressive Project/Line Leadership experience and progression routed with expertise for global functions as core of a project delivery (engineering,procrurement,construction,project management).
- German language skills are beneficial.
