Architect and lead the development of our next-generation design system

Spearhead the technical implementation and evolution of our component library

Drive adoption of best practices in component-based architecture across the organization

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making at a high level

Qualifikationen

3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on component-based architectures

Deep expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and a strong understanding of Web Components

Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale design systems or component libraries

Advanced knowledge of Storybook.js for component development, testing, and documentation

Experience in component testing strategies (unit, visual and regression tests)

Excellent communication skills in English. German language skills are an advantage.
