Your responsibilities

• You bring our tech vision to life: not only through meisterful coding skills, but through solid engineering thinking and argumentation. We want you to design solutions, not just implement someone else’s requirements.
• Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
• Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
• Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
• Drive great developer experience
• Drive operational excellence
• Be a role model in terms of output and quality
• Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
• Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Mentor intermediate and junior engineers
• Provide a deep understanding of the tech vision and contribute to its progress
• Attain and maintain a solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture

Your qualifications

• Flutter and JavaScript expertise
• Strong mentoring skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially within the product team
• Technical decision competency
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm to actively and independently drive progress
• Positive and constructive spirit in all situations
• Strong knowledge in user experience and ability to apply it to ongoing initiatives
• At least 5 years of experience with our tech stack
• Experience building mobile apps is a plus
• You are fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
• Have a good sense of humour and if you also have solid table soccer skills, that’s a plus (2 pluses)
