JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and orchestrating our end-to-end IBP process. In this role, you will drive strategic alignment, ensure robust decision-making and actively manage key financial and inventory metrics. You will be the driver of transparency, accountability and execution across all levels, from category teams up to C-level leadership. This position is permanent and is based in Munich.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- own and further develop the IBP process at Westwing, ensuring alignment across Commercial, Finance, Operations teams as well as senior leadership
- lead the preparation and facilitation of Category and Portfolio Review meetings, ensuring cross-functional input, performance transparency and clear forward-looking actions
- prepare the monthly Management Review with C-level and senior leadership, enabling fact-based decisions that impact inventory, sales planning and financial outcomes
- manage the Open To Buy (OTB) process to ensure disciplined inventory investments aligned with Commercial
- monitor and evaluate the impact on Net Working Capital, ensuring financial implications are well understood and managed
- drive process adherence and continuously challenge stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered and corrective actions are taken when needed
- be the connecting point between commercial and financial planning, providing insights and recommendations that directly influence company performance
YOU COME WITH
- a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP or a comparable role within e-commerce, retail, consulting or supply chain-heavy industries
- a strong track record in driving cross-functional planning processes and engaging with senior stakeholders up to C-level
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- confident in managing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning on priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership, structure and attention to detail
- advanced Microsoft Office skills, SQL skills with experience working in Snowflake environments is a plus
- fluency in English
