YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for planning and marketing our most important monthly PAYBACK mailing, the "Punkte-Post,” as well as partner-specific standalone mailings, ensuring that all measures effectively contribute to the development of our business area
• You develop concepts for how our print media can be meaningfully combined with digital channels
• You analyze KPIs not only on an operational level but derive strategic recommendations and prepare results in a clear and concise way for senior management
• You manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, keep track of progress, and drive implementation forward. You actively involve relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration
• You create compelling presentations and confidently present your concepts to various decision-making bodies

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring at least five years of experience in marketing – ideally in direct marketing/CRM on the company side – and understand how print and digital channels can work together effectively
• You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and maintain oversight even in complex situations
• You have strong analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and confidently work with KPIs
• You present yourself confidently, demonstrate assertiveness, and are characterized by a strong service and results orientation
• You work proactively and have a strong hands-on mentality. At the same time, you see yourself as a team player who drives solutions forward collaboratively
• You communicate confidently in both German and English – verbally and in writing
