As Senior Marketing Manager Multichannel Marketing & Strategy, you will provide comprehensive support to our PAYBACK partners in all marketing matters – from strategic consulting for existing partners to marketing support for new partners, from acquisition to successful launch.
YOUR TASKS
- You are involved in the strategic development of PAYBACK partners with regard to satisfaction, partner goals, and KPI uplifts
- You create marketing plans for future PAYBACK partners and design marketing campaigns
- You translate complex content into management-friendly presentations and present these to internal and external stakeholders
- You prepare performance indicators and derive optimization potential from them
- You are responsible for project management in cross-functional teams to implement innovative marketing concepts
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a university degree (in marketing or a comparable field) and have several years of solid and relevant professional experience in marketing, sales, or comparable fields
- You have strong conceptual and analytical skills that enable you to quickly grasp complex issues and present them convincingly at the management level
- Your expertise in multichannel marketing (offline, online, mobile) ranges from target group definition to performance evaluation, including relevant KPIs (CPO, CPM) and the customer journey
- You are characterized by a high level of interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
