YOUR TASKS

• This position includes the planning, execution, booking and optimization of programmatic campaigns for our relevant key accounts based on PAYBACK’s unique data (offline and online transactions)
• Daily work with DMPs, DSPs, and the business managers of social platforms, as well as the creation of reports, is part of your responsibilities
• You are responsible for the technical setup in collaboration with colleagues from the Product and Analytics teams
• You support the strategic management and further development of our relevant key accounts
• You advise the Sales team regarding new trends, technologies, and external market developments in the field of programmatic advertising

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of solid professional experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in a similar role within an agency
• You own experience with common programmatic platforms (DSPs, DMPs, ad servers, business managers of social platforms) as well as strong ad tech know‑how
• You have strong analytical thinking skills and experience working with performance data
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, think entrepreneurially, and base your decisions on data and analyses
• A high level of initiative, strong team spirit, and a structured way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
