Its dedicated Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), recognized internationally and compliant with ISO standards, is responsible for end-to-end vulnerability governance, disclosure, and ecosystem-building to ensure product security meets strict global regulatory requirements and translates directly into market competitiveness.
Aufgabengebiet
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end corporate-level vulnerability lifecycle management capabilities (awareness, verification, assessment, mitigation, fixing, disclosure).
- Apply advanced vulnerability management engineering methods and integrate emerging technologies into industry standards for competitive advantage.
- Continuously optimize governance, operations, and analysis capabilities across product lines and business groups.
- Deliver vulnerability management capabilities aligned with European technology trends, ecosystems, and regulations (e.g., NIS2, CRA, CSA).
- Represent the organization in key international vulnerability-related standardization bodies and industry alliances.
Anforderungsprofil
- Brings at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in vulnerability management and security incident response.
- Demonstrates expertise delivering vulnerability management solutions in critical European industries such as telecom, automotive, industrial automation, or power grids.
- Has in-depth knowledge of evolving best practices (security.txt, EPSS, SSVC, CVRF/CSAF, AI-assisted capabilities).
- Experienced in working with or holding roles in international standards bodies (OASIS, ISO/IEC, IETF, FIRST, OWASP, etc.).
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence industry-level practices.
