Service Manager Indonesia (m/f/d)

Main Task:
- Overseeing after-sales service by analyzing and addressing customer complaints to provide effective solutions
- Supervising and ensuring that planning and targets are met as scheduled
- Ensuring all supervised work units comply with established procedures
- Resolving issues related to unit repairs for customers and coordinating with relevant parties
- Supervising, advising, and guiding subordinates to meet procedural and quality standards
- Coordinating and monitoring warranty costs to ensure performance aligns with company targets
- Making decisions on customer complaints and managing thar resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery
- Providing necessary equipment and measuring toots to support after-sales service activities
- Analyzing customer complaints to enhance internal processes and advising customers accordingly
- Designing and updating systems and procedures within work units to Improve performance effectiveness
- Evaluating subordinate performance to ensure they meet competency requirements and identifying areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 5 (five) years’ experience in related function
- Have good knowledge in refrigeration system / HVAC system
- Highly good communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
