A technology-focused consulting organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) to join its team as soon as possible, working on challenging digital transformation projects .

In this role, you will support well-known enterprise clients in the delivery of complex IT initiatives. The work is project-based , delivered through external mandates, either remotely or on-site , always with a focus on scalable, future-proof solutions .

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop intelligent ServiceNow solutions , with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and workflow automation
• Contribute to the concept, design, and implementation of new modules on the ServiceNow platform
• Analyse business and IT processes in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and developers
• Deliver features end-to-end, from development through testing, documentation, and rollout
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure sustainable solution delivery

Your Profile

You work in a structured and independent manner , bring strong technical understanding, and enjoy collaborating in agile teams. In addition, you bring:

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of Angular , ITSM/CSM processes , and web technologies ( JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST )
• Experience working with ITIL and Scrum methodologies
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, ITAM, and SAM
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• ServiceNow CSA certification (additional certifications are a plus)
