Our German branch is based in Ismaning near Munich and is also home to the majority of our European IT organisation, which provides IT services throughout Europe for our approx. 1,250 internal colleagues in more than 10 European countries.

IT Software Engineer (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- Designing and developing robust applications in an agile setup — actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and delivering high-quality code that aligns with team-defined best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code, with solid unit test coverage to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Providing accurate time estimates for technical tasks and delivering on your commitments.
- Supporting the release and deployment processes, as well as offering assistance during post-launch operations when needed.
- Collaborating closely and responsibly with our customers and business units, contributing directly to the success of our products.
Your profile
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,
- 3–5+ years of experience working across both frontend and backend technologies (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, databases).
- Strong hands-on skills with modern JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, and styling frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Styled Components.
- Solid understanding of clean code principles, version control (Git), reusable components, and testing practices (unit and end-to-end testing).
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage.
