THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Solution Engineer (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you operate at the intersection of technology and sales. You combine clinical process understanding with technical know-how to develop customer-specific solutions and support our sales team in complex sales processes. Working closely with product management, engineering, and our customers, you play an active role in driving digital transformation in hospitals.

YOUR TASKS

• Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle

• Analyzing clinical and administrative requirements and developing tailored solution concepts for potential customers

• Creating technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions as part of proposal and tender processes

• Collaborating closely with product management and engineering to ensure practical and feasible solutions

• Supporting the preparation of public and private tenders

• Participating in industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to stay close to market developments and expand your professional network

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification

• Ideally, experience with clinical/administrative processes and IT system landscapes in hospital environments

• Strong communication skills — written and spoken — in German, plus good English skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally (trade fairs, customer appointments, workshops, etc.)
