Your tasks:

• Support management of customs authorizations in Germany (AEO, EA, ZA, Single authorization)
• Support in development of standardized customs and export control processes and strategies within SAP-GTS
• Gathering of process related change requests globally (Rail), analyze requests for possible process improvements together with IT department,
• Create business requirement specifications (Blueprints) and find solution approaches together with IT
• Participation in Roll-out projects for standardized customs and export control processes in SAP-GTS
• Plan and execute user trainings (e.g. in case of project rollout or implementation of additional / new features within SAP GTS)
• Execute tests (e.g. in case of project rollout or implementation of additional / new features within SAP GTS)
• Write user tutorials e.g. for new features within SAP GTS
• Support best practice sharing within customs and export control processes

Your skills:

• Business administration or comparable qualification: at least bachelor’s degree
• Experience in communicating with customs authorities
• Experience with SAP-GTS is nice to have
• Substantiated knowledge of EU customs and foreign trade law
• German and English at least business fluent
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Independent working style with excellent coordination and integration capabilities, combined with assertiveness
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
• Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under high workload and pressure
