• Strategic Project Engagement: Take ownership and work together with the management on interdisciplinary and international projects, shaping the future of strategy development, implementation, and corporate growth.  
• Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and implement customized business strategies and roadmaps in close collaboration with our clients. 
• Insightful Analysis: Investigate customer requirements and conduct market, competitive and financial analyses to draw management recommendations and develop innovative solutions that enable customer success. 
• Specialist Engagement: Conduct specialist interviews, lead workshops, and prepare presentations for management. 
• Forward-Thinking Approach: Think ahead and continue to strengthen our consulting offerings. 

This is how you'll win us over 

• Education
• Outstanding academic background (Master’s/Ph.D./MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience). 
• Experience & Skills
• At least two internships or up to two years of professional experience in management consulting, renowned industrial companies, or start-ups with outstanding performance, underlining your digital expertise. 
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial approach. 
• Exposure to international environments during your professional journey, studies, or internships.
