Student Assistant for Communication and Technical Tasks at ProLehre | Media and Didactics

ProLehre | Media and Didactics, the department of didactics at the TUM, is looking for a student assistant (8h/week) to support optimization, automation, and organization tasks within an online higher education didactics course for new lecturers from December 1, 2025.

ProLehre | Media and Didactics

The department of didactics at the TU Munich is looking for a

student assistant (8h/week),

starting December 1, 2025 .

We offer a multifaceted continuing education program in higher education didactics, individual consultation, and concrete support for teachers and students.

We are looking for support with our ProLehre Onboarding program, a fully online course for new lecturers at TUM. The course, funded by the HyteQ project, has already been successfully tested and is now to be included in the regular course program.

Possible tasks:

• Participant management
• Communication with participants and trainers
• Quality control of the Moodle course
• Development of automated solutions to optimize the course
• Support with other tasks in the project

Your profile:

• Technical affinity: Basic knowledge of Moodle, in addition to HTML, and readiness to learn advanced techniques
• Ability to hold professional and service-oriented communication with lecturers
• Interest in higher education didactic work
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic
• Valid work permit for Germany required
