Your Duties:

• Negotiation and order management of frame call-ups
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Ensuring compliance to the requirements according to ECM 1 contracting activities
• Negotiation and review of supplier contracts
• Negotiation and order management of frame call-ups, test equipment and special order and other procurement contracts
• Release of spare parts suppliers, analyze 2nd source possibilities
• Spare parts inquiries and management
• Supplier related data management in ERP Tool: Supplier Prices; Supplier contact data
• Optimization and further development of work processes

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degree in technical or commercial studies or comparable education
• Good knowledge of Locomotive Technology and Contracts Design
• Solid professional experience in maintenance of rolling stock and/or Material Planning
• Solid experiences in negotiations for pricing contracts Aptitude, skills and abilities
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and expert knowledge in JD Edwards
• Fluent English and German in written and spoken
