Verantwortung:

• Oversight of customer-focused projects, including measurements, analysis, and feedback collection

• Development of tailored optical metrology concepts using the company’s instrument portfolio

• Preparation of customer-facing reports, presentations, and application documentation

• Troubleshooting and failure analysis in collaboration with product development teams

• Contribution to marketing and product launch activities via technical expertise and documentation

Qualifikationen:

• Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences with practical programming and data analysis skills

• Experience in technical project management and application engineering

• Knowledge in photonics, spectroscopy, goniophotometry, or calibration standards

• Intercultural communication skills and capability to lead technical discussions internationally

• Willingness to travel (~10%), fluent English, German language skills beneficial
