You’ll make an impact by

• Organizing and coordinating with the SHERPA X Business Types’ Test Managers to prepare for the E2E integration tests (including gathering test inventory, test cases, and test data) 
• Closely collaborating with Process Testers and Process Teams of the SHERPA X Governance Foundation regarding testing activities 
• Supporting the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and facilitating test acceptance from nominated Siemens Key Users 
• Preparing and presenting test status reports during test cycles 
• Ensuring audit-compliant test documentation 
• Continuously improving and optimizing existing testing processes 

This is how you'll win us over

• Education
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a comparable field. Additional qualifications in testing are a plus. 
• Experience & Skills
• You have at least one year of working experience in agile project management, ideally in transformation or testing-related projects.
• You are quick to familiarize yourself with new topics and processes. 
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or Solution Manager is advantageous. 
• Ways of working
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner. 
• You bring an analytical and customer-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a virtual, international team. 
• You strive for continuous improvement and have strong organizational skills.

• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
