You will be available to answer our customers’ tourism-related questions and compile information, products and services from our product portfolio for them.

You have completed vocational training as a travel agent or tourism agent or already have experience in tourism sales.
You are characterized by service-oriented thinking and an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
You enjoy dealing with people and working in a team.
Your strong customer orientation makes it easy for you to inspire our customers.
You are familiar with the standard tourism booking and sales systems.
Basic knowledge of the English language
