It analyzes people's personality from a video with AI and gives data-driven insights about personality and soft skills to make decisions in recruiting, onboarding and talent development.
Description
The company is looking for the Tech Lead to making decisions about the product's development direction and using technologies and for taking care of the infrastructure.
Must-have skills:
- 4+ years of professional experience (ideally 5-6 years)
- 3-4 years of experience with JavaScript as a Fullstack or Backend Developer
- API design
- Working proficiency in English
Nice-to-have skills:
- Production experience with SQL, PostgreSQL
- Databases and Microservices in Cloud data centres (distributed systems, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)
