We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and organized Working Student to support the core operational and strategic functions of Wearable Technologies. This is a challenging and multidisciplinary role, offering hands-on experience in three critical business areas: external communication , business analysis , and operational project management . The ideal candidate is a fast learner, possesses sharp analytical skills, and is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic, international technology environment.

What you'll do:

Communication & Content Support:

• External Content: Assist in the creation and curation of professional content for our website, corporate newsletters, and official social media channels.
• Internal Documentation: Support in drafting, editing, and formatting professional correspondence, company reports, and meeting summaries. ‍
• Media Monitoring: Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry news related to the wearable technology ecosystem to identify market trends and opportunities.

Business Analysis & Research:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging wearable technology trends, competitor strategies, and potential new partners (sponsors, exhibitors).
• Data Reporting: Prepare comprehensive data summaries, analysis reports, and statistical overviews to directly inform management decisions and support consulting projects.
• Database Management: Maintain and systematically update the company’s internal database of industry contacts, partner statistics, and market figures.

Project Management Support:

• Operational Assistance: Provide logistical and administrative support to Project Managers for various internal and client-facing projects.
• Coordination: Help coordinate communication and deliverables flow between various internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Event Logistics). ‍
• Presentation Preparation: Prepare professional presentations, reports, and materials for internal meetings and external partner pitches.

Required qualifications & experience:

• Status: Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related, relevant field.
• ‍ Time Commitment: Availability to work approx. 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to adjust during exam periods.
• ‍ Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential . German language skills are beneficial for internal coordination and local administrative tasks.
• ‍ Tech Savvy: A strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly the wearable technology market (e.g., digital health, biosensors, AR/VR).
• ‍ Skills:
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience or familiarity with CRM, email marketing, or project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira) is a plus
