We're looking for a motivated and driven Working Student – Contract Management (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

This role is based in Munich (hybrid model).

About the Role

• Be part of the Global Business Excellence team, reporting to the project lead and manager for the Global Bus Partner Contract
• Support the company-wide harmonization and implementation of Bus Partner Contracts as well as the automation and streamlining of Contract Management at Flix
• Create, customize, and finalize contracts with the support of the team and the Flix Legal team
• Take care of new contract requirements and customization needs and integrate them into the contract templates
  

About You

• Currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law,  or a similar program, preferably with an international orientation and at least two semesters ahead
• Fluent in English and German, both at C1 level; any additional language is a plus.
• Focused on details and motivated to delve deeply into contracts to deliver high-quality work
• Self-reliant, reliable, and conscientious
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Communicative, engaged, and flexible
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
