  You'll make an impact by

• You will assist in developing communication strategies that effectively convey the vision of future mobility, energy use, and digital transformation within the IT department
• Additionally, you will support the implementation of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new technologies and processes across the organization
• Furthermore, you'll collaborate with various team members to create engaging content that fosters an innovative and collaborative culture
• By participating in these strategic projects, you contribute to shaping how Siemens adapts to and leads in the evolving technological landscape

 

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: Currently enrolled in a university program related to Communications, Culture Studies, Change Management, Economic Psychology, Information Technology or a similar field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Experience or strong interest in corporate communications or change management
  • Skills in digital communication tools and platforms
  • Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and change processes
  • Experience in event planning are a plus
• Ways of Working: Demonstrates creativity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Languages: Proficiency in English and German is required
