You’ll make an impact by

• Conducting comprehensive research on legal and business-related topics in export control
• Contributing to and developing Siemens Xcelerator content
• You will support in several screening processes and automation of such processes
• Furthermore, you will maintain and structure our team SharePoint
• You will participate in meetings and support several team activities

 

Your success is grounded in

• Education
• You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Management, Finance or a related field
• Experience & Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in data analysis and research methodologies
• Understanding of compliance processes is a plus
• Interest in legal and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation
• Ways of working
• Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong independent working capabilities
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Languages
• Excellent German and English communication skills (both written and spoken)
