• HR Controlling:
  Support in creating and maintaining HR reports, KPIs and dashboards, as well as in monthly HR cost planning and analysis.
• HR Operations:
  Participation in operational HR processes such as maintaining master data, document management and preparing personnel-related documents.
• Contract Creation & Documents:
  Support in drafting contracts, contract addendums, certificates and other HR-relevant agreements, including preparing documents for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Data Quality & Systems:
  Ensuring consistent HR data and contributing to the further development of our HR information systems.
• Process Optimization:
  Analyzing existing workflows and actively contributing to improvements in HR Operations & Controlling.
• Project Work:
  Support in various HR projects in the areas of digitalization, analytics and process automation.

Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.

• Mandatory Requirements

• Very good Excel skills

• Experience working with HR information systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar)

• Efficient and proactive working style: You don’t just complete tasks – you think ahead, identify optimization potential and actively drive improvements

• Technical affinity: Enjoyment of digital tools, reports, interfaces and automated processes

• Structured and diligent working approach: Even when managing multiple projects at once, you stay organized and deliver accurate, reliable work

• Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus

• Team spirit & strong communication skills: You enjoy collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and present yourself confidently and professionally
