Job Description

We offer you the opportunity to become part of the Indirect Procurement organization, where you contribute to operational, technical and commercial purchasing in close collaboration within the company. This opportunity involves working in a caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement team with recurring tasks such as sourcing suppliers, contract management, purchase orders, and KPI management
• Prepare and analyze reports and procurement-related data; derive insights and support team decisions
• Contribute to procurement projects as a project member or lead selected workstreams independently
• Assist in organizing and facilitating team calls, meetings, and internal communications.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business needs and optimize value
• Support of transformation initiatives and procurement excellence
• Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts and supplier information and build KPIs reports;

Skills

• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Finance or related.
• Soft skills: Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for clear, effective communication and documentation
• Initial experience, ideally in purchasing or procurement analytics.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and different people profiles and cultures

Qualifications

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
• Computer skills: MS Office especially Excel and PPT. SAP experience is a plus.
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus.
