This role is about driving momentum while we build the engine. As our GTM Working Student, you’ll support the commercial side of Alago — helping us reach new customers, sharpen our messaging, and move fast on all things growth.

📣 Growth & Marketing

You’ll support and execute activities that bring Alago to the right people:

• Sales Collateral – Help craft slide decks, one-pagers, landing pages, blog posts and case studies that explain Alago’s value clearly and visually.
• Content & Campaigns – Support our marketing efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build awareness and drive interest.
• Lead Generation – Identify and reach out to potential customers across LinkedIn, events, and direct outreach.

• C1 fluency in German – You’ll navigate complex construction industry jargon.
• You have a commercial background. You study business, marketing, management, or a related field — and want to apply that knowledge in practice.
• You get things done. You take ownership, work pragmatically, and follow through — whether it’s outreach, research, or putting together a presentation.
• You’re structured and hands-on. You like organizing your work clearly (e.g. in Notion, Excel, or Slides) and enjoy turning ideas into action.
• You’ve had first exposure to sales or marketing. Maybe through an internship, a working student role, or a student-led project.
• You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Bonus:

• You’re comfortable using AI tools or simple automation (e.g. Notion templates, Zapier) to make your work more efficient.

As one of our first hires, you’ll do more than contribute — you’ll help shape how Alago works: our culture, systems, and growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the founders, gain exposure to every function, and ship projects that have immediate impact.
